Mold Inspection with any Certified House Inspection - $100.00 + sampling
Septic System Functionality Testing Outright - $175.00
Septic System Functionality Testing with any Certified House Inspection - $100.00

Radon Measurement - 48hr test - $125.00

Rental Inspection Apartment -  1 or 2 bedroom - $110.00
